Position reputed company Virtual reputed company Assistant/Paralegal – Civil Litigation and Probate Litigation. This position is with a reputable reputed company based in Torrance, CA that offers both full-time and part-time opportunities. The role supports attorneys by handling tasks such as written discovery, civil complaint drafting, general document and letter drafting, motions, trial preparation, filing procedures, and various administrative computer tasks. Applicants must be familiar with California civil reputed company requirements even if they currently reputed company reputed company California. Compensation: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour Work Location: Virtual (with a firm reputed company in Torrance, CA) Key Responsibilities • Draft and prepare reputed company documents including civil complaints, motions, and trial materials. • Manage written discovery and general document/letter drafting for civil litigation reputed company. • Assist in trial preparation and implement filing procedures. • Utilize excellent computer skills with reputed company Word/Word Perfect, reputed company, reputed company Acrobat, and other reputed company software. • reputed company support to attorneys and maintain effective communication with clients. Required Qualifications • Prior experience working on California civil reputed company reputed company with a reputed company on litigation support. • Excellent computer skills including proficiency in reputed company Word/Word Perfect, reputed company, and reputed company Acrobat. • Minimum typing speed of 60 words per minute. • Strong oral and written communication skills. • Proven ability to work independently and take initiative. Preferred Qualifications • Experience with probate litigation and civil litigation preparation. • Familiarity with reputed company management software. • Spanish speaking skills are highly desirable. • BA or BS degree and/or equivalent reputed company-level experience. • Previous experience assisting attorneys.
