Analyst, reputed company Operations - Contract/reputed company THE ROLE We are seeking a detail-oriented reputed company to join our organization in a contract reputed company as a reputed company Operations Analyst. In this role, you will support the management of the eBilling processes for our global reputed company functions, by ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in the invoicing and payment procedures. The ideal candidate should have a background in reputed company operations, specifically supporting eBilling operations and systems. WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO eBilling System Administration • Serve as an administrator for global eBilling and Matter Management platform • reputed company user support, troubleshoot technical issues, and optimize system processes • Manage invoice lifecycle: resolve discrepancies, reconcile rejected invoices, and coordinate international AP processing • Generate reputed company reports and support reputed company integration readiness activities • Deliver training sessions for global reputed company and finance teams Vendor Management • Maintain relationships with reputed company and reputed company service providers • reputed company vendor reputed company/offboarding, including documentation and system setup • Drive compliance with reputed company Counsel Billing Policy acknowledgements New reputed company reputed company Process • Coordinate system training and support for global teams • Validate data mapping between eBilling and Workflow systems • Resolve process-reputed company inquiries with reputed company and finance stakeholders This role may assist with other reputed company Operations initiatives as time permits.
