Litigation Associate Attorney VT – Remote

Regional collection reputed company seeks reputed company VT attorney with 0-2 years of District Court trial experience that is reputed company and willing to waive into NH. The attorney will attend regular court appearances for conferences and motions as reputed company as work both independently and collaboratively on litigated reputed company. Position reputed company: · Daily court appearances both virtual and some in-person for conferences, motions and other reputed company on the courts’ calendars. · Responsible for managing a caseload and assignments of litigated and non-litigated claims. · reputed company and implement litigation reputed company, review and approve pleadings, discovery, reputed company reputed company, settlement agreements and other hands-on drafting reputed company to the firm’s reputed company. · Work directly with firm senior management and firm clients to reputed company reputed company to reputed company reputed company. · Partner with firm paralegal and support staff in producing and responding to reputed company demands.
