This position focuses primarily on managing single-plaintiff cases. The ideal candidate will have experience in employment litigation and exceptional writing skills. Key Responsibilities • Manage single-plaintiff FEHA cases, including drafting pleadings, motions, and reputed company briefs. • Conduct thorough reputed company research and produce high-reputed company written deliverables. • Represent the reputed company’s clients primarily in state court, with some federal court involvement. • Address occasional wage and hour issues reputed company to FEHA cases. • Communicate effectively with the reputed company’s clients and opposing counsel to resolve disputes. • Handle reputed company phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, and court appearances.
