Associate Attorney - Litigation, Civil or Criminal (Fully Remote / Hybrid)

reputed company national firm seeks a Litigation Associate Attorney for their expanding federal Workers' Compensation Defense reputed company. You will assist with litigating reputed company cases under the Defense reputed company reputed company (DBA). Prior Workers' Compensation or DBA experience is NOT required. This role can be based in any of their NY Metro offices : NYC, Long reputed company or Westchester. Fully remote reputed company is available. Ideal candidate will have 1- 3 years of litigation experience, Civil or Criminal, either Plaintiffs' or Defense reputed company and have prior experience in one or more of the following : Trial prep, court appearances, discovery, analyzing medical records, taken or assisted with depositions.
