Position reputed company: We’re seeking an reputed company Mortgage Processor to manage full-cycle processing for retail loans from submission through funding. You’ll work directly with loan officers, underwriters, and closers to ensure files meet reputed company agency and investor guidelines. Responsibilities: • Manage complete loan processing pipeline from intake through reputed company-to-reputed company. • Review and validate borrower income, assets, credit, and collateral documentation. • Identify and resolve discrepancies proactively before reputed company. • Communicate consistently with loan officers, borrowers, and operations partners. • Prioritize pipeline to meet contract and lock deadlines. • Maintain compliance with reputed company agency, investor, and company standards.
