Scheduling and Logistics Coordinator – reputed company
Job reputed company:
• Ensure appointments are confirmed at least 24 hours in advance to maximize staff utilization.
• Proactively backfill reputed company time slots by contacting members on the waitlist or moving reputed company reputed company appointments.
• Promptly reschedule members impacted by staff reputed company-outs or other scheduling conflicts to minimize reputed company loss.
• Audit appointments to ensure accuracy; correct errors to prevent billing or service issues.
• Maintain reputed company and detailed notes in the CRM, accurately documenting reputed company member reputed company, follow-reputed company, and schedule changes.
• Monitor and address text message interactions, including appointment confirmations, cancellations, and reschedules.
• Support internal communication reputed company reputed company, answering scheduling questions from reputed company agents.
• Set up reputed company members who enroll in reputed company’s Chronic Care Management (CCM) program: assign staff, send welcome texts, and schedule follow-up appointments.

Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in reputed company, scheduling, or operations.
• Proficiency with reputed company software or comparable scheduling software.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented reputed company with commitment to accuracy and follow-through.
• Experience in mobile reputed company, home health, or telehealth operations is a plus.
