Customer Marketing Manager, National Accounts – On-Premise
Job Description:
• Partner with On Premise National Sales Directors to identify, develop, and execute customer engagement and growth through promotional programming.
• Focus on most critical accounts across channels (dining, lodging, transportation, eatertainment, etc.), ensuring alignment with Palm Bay’s overarching brand strategies and commercial goals.
• This dynamic role serves as a central point of collaboration across Palm Bay Sales, Brand Marketing, Business Intelligence, Finance, Creative Services, Distributor Partners.
• Develop and execute compelling insight driven programs and activations that align with brand and customer strategies, driving consumer engagement and high ROI.
• Identify and activate custom promotional materials that engage consumers, measuring effectiveness through sales data and customer feedback.
• Partner with Business Intelligence to provide National Accounts On Premise and distributor sales teams with the tools and resources to drive the business.
• Customer facing selling role developing customized, powerful sales material and presentations, serving as the subject matter expert of Palm Bay brands and marketing programs.
• Consulted internally on national innovation and account specialty items to ensure successful on-premise execution.
• Assist in planning and logistics for wine tastings, events, and activations.
• Liaison between brand and National Accounts On Premise sales to ensure constant flow of information.
• Measure and evaluate on-premise programming initiatives to inform program optimizations and spend efficiency.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree required
• 5+ years of experience in sales or commercial marketing
• Beverage Alcohol experience including understanding of the on-premise channel and its dynamics
• Ability to develop strong cross-functional relationships, while navigating and resolving interdepartmental challenges
• Adept at managing multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment
• Enjoys working collaboratively, yet comfortable operating in ambiguity
• Creative, strategic thinker with ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Skilled presenter
• Self-motivated with a sense of urgency
• Anticipated travel up to 25%
