[Remote] Senior Motion Designer/Animator

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The Senior Motion Designer will craft visually stunning 2D/3D motion graphics and animations, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance digital experiences and brand campaigns. Responsibilities • Translate design and briefs into visually stunning 2D/3D motion work across web, marketing campaigns, and more • Develop storyboards, style frames, and motion prototypes that align with creative direction and brand guidelines • Work with cross-functional teams (design, marketing, development) to bring static concepts to life through motion • Collaborate closely with developers to ensure the smooth integration of motion concepts + design assets into web + video experiences • Continuously push creative boundaries with new techniques, trends, and technologies • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining deadlines and quality standards • Optimize and establish processes and workflows to ensure smooth-running production operations Skills • 5+ years of experience in motion design, animation, or 3D visual design (a blend of agency and in-house preferred) • Advanced proficiency in Figma as well as Cinema 4D, Redshift, or similar 3D tools • Strong grasp of animation principles, timing, and visual storytelling • Experience with 2D and 3D pipelines, including modeling, texturing, and rendering • Understanding of brand systems and how motion brings identity to life • Experience creating assets optimized for web and digital (e.g., video, Lottie, or interactive 3D) • Excellent communication and presentation skills — comfortable explaining creative concepts to non-design stakeholders • Background in graphic design is preferred, but not required Benefits • Competitive Compensation: Enjoy a competitive salary and equity package! • Comprehensive Health Care: Access to multiple medical plans with an HSA option and minimal out-of-pocket expenses.
