Machine Learning Engineer / NLP Specialist to design and implement an algorithm layer between job seekers and recuiters, integrated into our reputed company while supported by FastAPIs (Endpoints, Storage, Returns). Build feature-engineering pipeline combining Likert scales, recruiter-weighted values, and text responses. NLP preprocessing and embeddings (spaCy / Sentence-BERT) for multilingual data (EN, NL, DE). Predictive matching model (cosine similarity / regression / hybrid).
