RN Consultant - Regulatory Specialist (Long Term Care)

Position reputed company: (Registered reputed company - Regulatory Specialist, Long Term Care) The Regulatory Specialist is responsible for providing guidance, structure and assistance with survey management for assigned reputed company facilities to reputed company with appropriate state, federal and TJC guidelines and in accordance with established policies, procedures and standards. Will assist reputed company facilities with implementing and monitoring reputed company of work plans with realistic timeframes to get back on reputed company with compliance. Duties & Responsibilities: Knowledge and understanding of facility policies/procedures, guidelines and state and federal regulations for long term care. Appropriately utilizes knowledge and understanding of regulations, policies and procedures to reputed company accurate responses for identified survey issues. Validates facility survey readiness compliance. Manages outstanding survey documentation list for reputed company submission of information to survey database.
