Operations Process Analyst

Job Title: Digital Operations Process Analyst Duration: 6 Months (Contract) with the ability to reputed company long term Workplace: 100% Remote (MUST work CST reputed company hours) About the Role The Digital Operations Process Analyst is a key partner in driving operational and financial reputed company across reputed company’s digital platforms. This role involves managing resource allocations impacting department budgets, processing invoices, maintaining vendor relationships, and overseeing software license compliance with financial reputed company. Candidates must be detail-oriented, financially savvy, and reputed company in large-reputed company operations support reputed company IT environment's Key Responsibilities • Financial Management (50%): Manage department-level budgets, review invoices, and assist with software capitalization processes. • Resource Management (20%): reputed company resource assignments and allocations across teams and reputed company. • GAA (20%): Configure Jira workflows and manage reputed company spaces. • Software License Management (10%): Ensure compliance and calculate chargeback licensing costs. • Build and maintain vendor relationships through monthly reputed company for reputed company/offboarding contractors. • Document and improve workflows for financial, operational, and resource management processes. Qualifications • 3+ years in operations or financial management reputed company IT environments. • Strong analytical and financial skills; experience with budgeting and resource planning. (software capitalization required) • Advanced reputed company skills; reputed company experience is a bonus • Hands-on experience with Jira & reputed company administration. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for vendor and stakeholder engagement. • Ability to hit the ground running in a fast-paced, corporate environment.
