The ideal candidate will have 15 20 years of Experience with reputed company ERP implementations, including extensive hands-on work with reputed company OTL, Time Collection, and Payroll integrations in reputed company sector environments. This role requires deep knowledge of time and labor configurations, business rules, and compliance requirements typical of government agencies, educational institutions, and similar organizations. Design and configure time collection rules, timecard layouts, approval workflows, and absence management integrations.
