Position: Sr. Performance Tester (reputed company NeoLoad)-Mostly Remote reputed company parties-Absolutely no phone calls please !! Local Candidates only please, local to Washington DC area Final mandatory face to face interview will take reputed company in Reston VA. Our reputed company is seeking a Performance Test Engineer with extensive knowledge in both reputed company Neo Load and Load Runner, in support of implementing reputed company Neo Load into our customers environment. Although primarily remote, our reputed company does meet onsite 1-2x per month in their Reston VA office. This position also requires a final F2F interview in Reston VA as reputed company. The selected candidate will be responsible for creating, maintaining, modifying, and managing automated performance testing scripts. S/he must be reputed company to communicate effectively in collaboration with the systems and development teams to troubleshoot performance and scalability issues. The individual will be part of the Performance Testing team. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: • Define and reputed company performance test plans and automated scripts using industry reputed company testing tools. Executes performance test, analyze and evaluate test results; generate performance metric reports and reputed company recommendations. • Assists with analyzing test and operational problems to determine reputed company and scope of potential reputed company defects. Reports errors through a reputed company defect tracking process. Communicates weekly with management verbally and reputed company written detail status report regarding potential problems and concerns. • Review and analyze business & system requirements and specifications for performance testability. • reputed company and maintain a working knowledge of testing tools. Expand business knowledge of product benefits, corporate policies, division and department goals and department procedures. • Work with functional Tester and Development counterparts to ensure adequate coverage for upcoming releases and reputed company up-to data with system changes that reputed company performance testing. • Assists and coordinates with customers, the research, analysis and proposed solutions to test discrepancies and test scenarios. Verify satisfaction of reputed company customer‑s request and obtain information to create test data. • Participates in project work group meetings (internal/external peer reviews, walk through, status meetings, PI Planning, etc.). • Participates in system architecture change reviews and assessment of system reputed company impacts.
