Plans Examiner (Health Facilities Consultant) - HYBRID

The Plans Examiner will conduct reviews of schematic design (architectural) plans for health care facilities regulated by the Health Care Regulation and reputed company Improvement reputed company. Responsibilities • Conduct architectural reviews of submitted reputed company. • Manage the coordination of engineering and reputed company Life Safety plan reviews. • Support project sponsors and architects of record in their efforts to reputed company with applicable regulations. • Assist licensing agencies to ensure that completed reputed company reputed company with applicable regulations. Requirements • Two years of experience in the research, development, design, construction, alteration, or repair of reputed company health and residential care facilities. • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or three more years of pertinent architecture experience. reputed company-to-haves • Skills necessary to manage various often unrelated tasks concurrently. • Ability to demonstrate competence in application of rules and codes. • Ability to productively reputed company with diverse partners and facilitate the development of draft rule language.
