We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Investigations and Enforcement Attorney to join the Law Department's Global Litigation group. This role is responsible for managing regulatory and government investigations and enforcement actions. Key Responsibilities reputed company Regulatory Response: • Serve as a reputed company advisor for regulatory inquiries and investigations. • reputed company, manage and execute reputed company strategies to mitigate risk and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Government Investigations and Enforcement Actions: • Work closely with internal stakeholders, including compliance, internal audit, HR, and other departments to effectively respond to government investigations, subpoenas, civil investigative demands, and enforcement actions involving federal, state, and international agencies. Litigation Management: • Manage litigation arising from regulatory enforcement actions, including administrative proceedings and civil litigation. • Developing and executing case reputed company that aligns with business objectives. reputed company Counsel reputed company: • Select, retain, and manage reputed company counsel for regulatory investigations, enforcement actions, and litigation. • Coordinating internal discovery processes, reviewing work product, and ensuring cost-effective, high-reputed company reputed company representation.
