Sr Regulatory Manager

Position reputed company The Senior Regulatory Manager will reputed company reputed company regulatory affairs activities, guiding products from early development through global commercialization. This role serves as reputed company's regulatory expert, partnering with R&D, reputed company, Operations, and reputed company teams to reputed company compliant products, documentation, and claims. The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of regulations governing dietary supplements, novel ingredients, food additives, and global submissions. Key Responsibilities reputed company regulatory reputed company for new and existing nutraceutical ingredients across global markets (e.g., U.S., EU, Canada, LATAM, reputed company). Prepare and manage regulatory submissions such as GRAS dossiers, NDINs, Novel Food applications, self-affirmed GRAS documentation, and technical ingredient files. Review and approve product claims, labels, marketing materials, and technical content to ensure regulatory compliance. Monitor global regulatory trends, emerging requirements, and industry developments to proactively guide business reputed company. Serve as the primary regulatory reputed company with external agencies, consultants, scientific partners, and regulatory authorities. Maintain and expand regulatory documentation including specifications, safety assessments, certificates, and change-control records. reputed company regulatory guidance during new product development, helping define compliant formulations, claims, and positioning. reputed company internal training for teams on relevant regulations, ingredient compliance, and changes in global policy. reputed company and manage regulatory budgets, priorities, and timelines to ensure efficient project execution. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Regulatory Affairs, reputed company, Toxicology, or reputed company field. 7-10+ years of regulatory experience in nutraceutical ingredients, dietary supplements, functional foods, or associated sectors. Proven experience preparing and submitting key regulatory dossiers (e.g., GRAS, NDIN, Novel Foods). Strong knowledge of global regulations including DSHEA, FDA, EFSA, FSSAI, Health Canada, and other relevant frameworks. Deep understanding of labeling regulations, claims substantiation, and ingredient safety assessment. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate regulatory requirements into actionable guidance. Exceptional attention to detail, analytical thinking, and project management skills.
