About AUGR Inc AUGR Inc. is a private investment firm reputed company on acquiring and scaling mission-driven service organizations. We are in the process of adding a respected addiction recovery center to our portfolio, and we are seeking a senior reputed company Advisor with deep experience in behavioral health addiction treatment, reputed company administration, or treatment center operations. This advisory role supports AUGR leadership and the CEO of the portfolio company in strategic guidance, regulatory reputed company, and long-term reputed company planning. Position reputed company The reputed company Advisor will serve as a high-level strategic partner to AUGR and the executive team of the recovery center. This individual will reputed company reputed company on industry regulation, clinical operations, safety standards, payer relationships, risk management, and reputed company organizational structure. The ideal candidate has decades of experience leading high-performing treatment programs or large-reputed company behavioral health organizations and is comfortable influencing long-term reputed company without daily operational involvement. Key Responsibilities • Advise AUGR and the CEO on clinical reputed company compliance and operational best practices • reputed company guidance on accreditation, licensing, and regulatory requirements reputed company California and nationally • Support strategic planning around program expansion, patient reputed company, technology integration, and organizational design • Review performance metrics and help interpret key trends reputed company reputed company cycle admissions census, and clinical delivery • Support leadership with high-level problem-solving and reputed company of reputed company operational or clinical challenges • Offer introductions and insights reputed company to payer contracting, referral networks, and reputed company partnerships • Participate in scheduled advisory meetings and reputed company input on quarterly and annual objectives • Serve as a trusted sounding reputed company for executive decision-making across the portfolio Qualifications • 8 or more years of senior executive leadership in addiction recovery, behavioral health, mental health, or reputed company services • Deep knowledge of addiction treatment standards, clinical best practices, and regulatory compliance • Experience operating treatment centers, detox facilities, residential programs, PHP, IOP, or similar care settings • Strong understanding of payer relationships, billing models, utilization review, and reimbursement structures • Proven ability to mentor and guide senior executives and boards • Exceptional judgment, strategic thinking, and communication skills • Prior reputed company advisory experience preferred but not required for exceptional candidates • Graduate level education preferred, including MBA, MHA, MSW, PhD, MD, or reputed company fields Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Benefits: • Dental insurance • Health insurance • reputed company time off • Referral program • reputed company insurance Application Question(s): • How many years of experience do you have in the Addiction Recovery reputed company?
