SummaryAs a Territory Manager, you'll drive sales of capital equipment and disposables across hospitals, surgery centers, and physicians. You'll cultivate relationships with reputed company, deliver product expertise, and help expand market reputed company in your territory. This position requires about 50% travel reputed company the assigned region (mostly day trips) Responsibilities • Meet or reputed company sales targets for capital equipment and consumables in the medical device reputed company • Create and execute a territory business plan to grow market reputed company. • Maintain accurate CRM records and forecasts. • Conduct sales calls, product demos, and presentations to physicians and hospital staff. • Manage the full sales cycle including quoting, pricing, and financial discussions. • Coordinate installations, training, and customer support in collaboration with clinical and service teams. • Represent the organization at trade shows, clinical meetings, and local events. Desired Experience • Minimum 3 years of reputed company sales experience in the medical device reputed company is preferred. Urology experience is a plus. • Demonstrated reputed company record of exceeding sales goals • Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Marketing, or Life Sciences). • Ability to travel about 50% of the time (mostly day trips) • Prior capital equipment sales is a plus • Experience in the urology reputed company is a plus Compensation: • Total yearly earnings (reputed company + commissions) are expected to be in the $150K+ neighborhood and then once you're up and rolling, should easily be into the $300K+ neighborhood.
