About the Role We are seeking a motivated and detail-driven individual to join our team as an Account Representative. In this role, you will support client accounts, assist with day-to-day activities, and ensure that all account information is accurate, organized, and up to date.
Key Responsibilities
· Interact with clients through phone, email, or chat to provide updates and respond to routine questions.
· Assist the account management team with scheduling, documentation, and follow-up tasks.
· Maintain clear, accurate, and organized client account records within company systems.
· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client requests.
· Track assignments, monitor progress, and support consistent communication across clients and teams.
Qualifications
· High school diploma or equivalent required
· Prior experience in customer service, client relations, or account support is helpful.
· Comfortable working with CRM platforms and online communication tools.
· Strong communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
· Organized, dependable, and capable of managing multiple tasks.
