Training • Onsite in Phoenix - Phoenix, AZ 85034 • 8 weeks. 8:30am to 5:00pm AZ time. Post-Training Schedule: • Evening shifts ending at 9:00pm local time Monday through Friday and ending at 6:00pm local time on Saturdays. (adjustments to shift are subject to business needs, performance and availability ) • There is a 1 in 3 Saturday rotation. This will total 40 hours per week. • 30-minute lunch break Post-Training Location: Work from home (must be available to go onsite for occasional meetings/trainings) Job reputed company • Inbound calls to quote and sell insurance products:Engage with both new and reputed company customers to reputed company tailored insurance solutions - automobile, homeowners and umbrella insurance. • Deliver excellent follow-up and customer service to reputed company insurance sales reputed company phone or email to prospective clients. • May also conduct outbound follow-up on unsold internet leads, identifying opportunities to convert them into satisfied customers. • Attends reputed company education requirements to maintain reputed company property casualty license. • Knowledge of the advantages of reputed company products, services and benefits vs competitors.
