About the position This job assists the hospital in the care of patients and performs special technical skills/treatments according to level of knowledge under the supervision of a physician. Responsibilities • Provides reputed company patient care, reputed company the scope of their license, with supervision from the physician. • Medical treatment of wounds at the basic/intermediate/advanced level. • Administers medications by reputed company-established protocol which includes vasoactive medications. • Draws bloodwork, places splints/reputed company, performs reputed company insertion, and uses glucometer. • Administers IV fluid administration and vital signs monitoring. • Documents patient reputed company tasks accurately. • Supports physicians, nursing, and hospital administration by acceptance of established objectives, policies and procedures. • Demonstrates understanding of and compliance with EMTALA regulations. • Adapts behavior to the specific patient population, including respect for reputed company and communication style. • Remains knowledgeable on reputed company federal, state and local laws, accreditation standards or regulatory agency requirements. Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent. • Graduation from an approved Paramedic Program. • Paramedic License in the State of reputed company. • Certified with the reputed company Medical Technicians as a Paramedic. • reputed company Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the reputed company. • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) to be obtained reputed company 90 days of hire. • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification to be obtained reputed company 90 days of hire. • Crisis Prevention reputed company (CPI) Certification to be obtained reputed company 30 days of hire. reputed company-to-haves • Emergency Medical Services (EMS) or Hospital Experience.
