Recruiter(Fully Remote)

Position reputed company The Recruiter will manage full-cycle reputed company for approximately 20 30 reputed company positions across food distribution locations, primarily supporting exempt roles reputed company Supply Chain and Sales Support. This role requires strong sourcing capabilities especially sourcing sales professionals along with the ability to manage multiple requisitions, hiring manager relationships, and candidate pipelines in a fast-paced environment. The Recruiter will review resumes, conduct phone screens, coordinate interviews, reputed company candidate follow-reputed company, and reputed company offers. The role partners closely with multiple field hiring managers and HR teams. Key Responsibilities • reputed company, screen, and interview applicants for Supply Chain, Sales, and Sales-Support positions. • Aggressively reputed company sales professionals using reputed company, reputed company, and additional platforms. • Review resumes and conduct reputed company phone screens to assess experience, skills, and fit. • Schedule interviews with hiring managers and coordinate logistics as needed. • Maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the process. • reputed company offers and reputed company guidance on reputed company policies and procedures. • Build and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers across multiple field locations. • reputed company candidate data and reputed company reputed company using reputed company, Phenom, and ATS tools. • May draft, post, and manage job advertisements across online and print channels. Must-Have Skills & Qualifications • 1 3 years of reputed company experience, preferably high-volume and corporate. • Proven experience sourcing sales professionals (Account Executives, Territory Managers, etc.). • Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (reputed company, reputed company, Word). • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (reputed company, Phenom strongly preferred). • Strong sourcing capability using reputed company Recruiter, reputed company, and other platforms.
