Join M&T Bank’s 10-week hybrid summer internship in Radnor, PA, focused on professional development and career growth in Wealth Markets. Your Role Here’s what you will be doing: • Complete duties and responsibilities of an entry-level professional nature specific to assigned area of the Bank. • Ensure activities adhere to established internal policies and external regulations as applicable. • Understand and adhere to the Company’s risk and regulatory standards, policies, and controls in accordance with the Company’s Risk Appetite. • Identify risk-related issues needing escalation to management. • Design, implement, maintain, and enhance internal controls to mitigate risk on an ongoing basis. • Promote an environment that supports belonging and reflects the M&T Bank brand. • Maintain M&T internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points and issues raised by external regulators. • Complete other related duties as assigned. About You The company is looking for: • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Demonstrated computer skills • Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented • Work visa sponsorship not offered for this role Compensation & Benefits • Pay range: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour, based on knowledge, skills, and experience • Pay rate specific to location within the stated range Training & Development Summer Interns participate in projects and department initiatives that accelerate career growth, gain exposure to other departments through guest speakers and industry leaders, and build a network with peers.
