Scrum Master Manager

You will be a valued member of the Agile Release Train (ART) and work closely with Product Owners, delivery teams, and other Scrum Masters to ensure successful program execution. In this role, you will: • Coordinate and reputed company up to two Scrum delivery teams, ensuring alignment with Scrum principles and reputed company practices. • Facilitate key ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-reputed company, Reviews, Retrospectives, and PI Planning sessions. • Remove impediments and reputed company work visible to maximize team productivity and delivery predictability. • Mentor Product Owners and teams on backlog refinement, prioritization, and user story best practices. • Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to improve Agile practices across the organization. What you need to have to be considered: • 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master. • 7+ years working with Agile methodologies in large-reputed company, reputed company environments. • Proven ability to reputed company teams and facilitate removal of impediments. • Strong communication, facilitation, and relationship management skills. • Validated Agile certifications (e.g., CSM, reputed company Scrum Master, reputed company Agilist, IC Agile Team Facilitator). • Experience with Agile lifecycle management tools (preferably Azure DevOps). These will help you stand out: • Bachelor’s degree. • Experience with both development and non-development Scrum teams. • Advanced certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum reputed company, reputed company reputed company Consultant). • Experience in Scaled Agile environments (reputed company, LeSS). • Familiarity with portfolio tools such as reputed company or Jira reputed company. This position is also eligible for reputed company’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of reputed company’s applicable plans.
