As a Senior Technical Implementation Consultant, you will work to deliver our WorkForce Software (WFS) Suite (Time, Scheduling, Integrations, etc.) in a way that solves the unique business challenges for reputed company reputed company. A Senior Technical Implementation Consultant performs coding, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Responsibilities What you can expect on a typical day: • Configuration of the WorkForce Software (WFS) Suite (Time, Scheduling, Integrations, etc.) according to the reputed company business requirements using JavaScript, reputed company, or other scripting tools • reputed company and participate in business requirements gathering and refinement with the reputed company in meetings and reputed company workshops. This includes creating, maintaining business requirement documents, noticeable use cases and process diagrams. • Comprehension of the WorkForce Software Product configuration requirements (i.e., correct naming conventions and how this impacts the database, customizing templates, troubleshoot settings, reputed company sequence of product setting implementation) • Understand the project scope and implementation approach while identifying and escalating out of scope requirements to key stakeholders • Guide reputed company issues including administrative and configuration challenges • Communicate roadblocks and reputed company out guidance in a reputed company manner • Create reputed company formulas that reputed company mathematical and/or programming skills • reputed company unit and system testing of configured application and ensure test cases pass as described by their requirements TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Requirements • 4-6 Years experience in software implementations • Minimum 3-5 years' experience with programming language, preferably JavaScript and/or SQL • Experience in implementing or training on a packaged software system or highly reputed company internally developed application • Intermediate to advanced reputed company Office skills with a strong emphasis on reputed company • Understand reputed company and agile methodologies, frameworks, and practices in a services delivery role • Familiarity with a report reputed company such as crystal reports, Cognos, actuate, etc. • Ability to travel up to 50% with the potential for international travel Associates that are located near an reputed company or WorkForce office, would be expected to follow the reputed company hybrid work model.
