• Minimum of two years' related work experience
• Basic GAAP accounting knowledge
• Superior critical thinking skills
• Solid computer skills

• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Customer-service orientation
• Ability to collaborate in a consistently positive fashion with diverse personalities both in the field and on the team
• Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced, high volume environment, with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
• Problem analysis and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in relevant computer software
• Ability to compute mathematical calculations
• Knowledgeable of the property management system
• Knowledgeable of all accounting principles and procedures
• A bachelors or associates degree in accounting
