SAP Solution Integration Lead – SCM

Job Description: • Lead SAP integration projects, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and business processes. • Design, develop, and oversee integration solutions using SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI, IDocs, RFCs, BAPIs, APIs, and other middleware tools. • Collaborate with business and functional leads to gather requirements, define integration strategy, and translate them into technical solutions. • Ensure end-to-end integration across SAP modules (MM, SD, FI/CO, WM, PM, etc.) and third-party applications. • Oversee integration testing, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and resolution of complex issues. • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to SAP integration team members. • Establish best practices, standards, and governance for SAP integration. • Manage integration documentation, including interface specifications, workflow diagrams, and technical manuals. • Collaborate with SAP Basis, security, and cloud teams to ensure secure, scalable, and compliant integration solutions. • Drive system upgrades, migrations, and landscape transformations from an integration perspective. • Evaluate new SAP integration technologies and tools to improve efficiency and performance. • Act as the primary point of contact for all integration-related escalations and resolution strategies. • Coordinate with external vendors, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of integration solutions. • Develop and maintain KPIs and monitoring frameworks for ongoing integration performance and reliability. • Participate in strategic planning, including future roadmap of SAP landscape integration. Requirements: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. • 15+ years of experience in SAP integration, including SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI, or middleware technologies. • Extensive experience with SAP S/4HANA, ECC, and cloud integration projects. • Strong knowledge of SAP modules (MM, SD, FI/CO, WM, PM, etc.) and business processes. • Hands-on expertise in IDocs, RFCs, BAPIs, SOAP/REST APIs, EDI, and file-based integrations. • Proven experience in leading integration teams and large-scale enterprise projects. • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills. • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. • Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) is a plus. • Experience with cloud integration platforms, including SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), is preferred.
