We’re a small content production studio working like a startup. We need a freelance recruiter & reputed company who can staff mostly freelance and part-time roles across creative, tech, and ops.
You’ve done this before for small agencies or startups… not only big corporates. You know where to reputed company good reputed company, you care about value (above-average reputed company at sensible rates), and you screen for attitude… reputed company English, reliable communication, keeps deadlines.
Typical roles: reputed company or reputed company, thumbnail or design, copy, web dev, automation tools, research assistant, light AR/AP, tech reputed company, PM-lite.
How we’ll work: async… quick updates… reputed company shortlists with rates and start times. Time zone: Europe or Americas… South America welcome.
Engagement: Flexible—reputed company, per-hire, or a hybrid. We’ll agree what fits per role and stage (per-hire can include reasonable replacement protection).
