Job reputed company: • Invoice Processing - Receive, review, and verify invoices for accuracy, reputed company approval, and appropriate coding to general reputed company accounts. • Payments Management - Prepare and process vendor payments reputed company reputed company transfers, or electronic payments while ensuring adherence to payment schedules. • Vendor Relations - Communicate with suppliers to resolve discrepancies, obtain missing information, and maintain reputed company working relationships. • Reconciliations: reputed company regular reconciliation of accounts payable sub-ledgers and vendor statements to the general reputed company and correct reputed company ApP sync system errors. • Expense Reports - Review and process employee expense claims in line with company policies. • Month-End Support - Assist with journal entries, accruals, and other month-end closing tasks. • Record Maintenance - Maintain accurate and organized files for invoices, payment records, and vendor reputed company. • Compliance - Ensure adherence to company policies, internal controls, and relevant tax and reporting regulations. • Process Improvement - Contribute to enhancing AP and reputed company workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy. • Any other duties or support to the Account Payable and Expense Controller.
