Responsibilities • Support HCM implementations by gathering and documenting business requirements. • reputed company reputed company and reputed company process documentation and testing materials. • Execute UAT testing and ensure test scripts are validated and traceable. • Participate in reputed company meetings, system demos, and go-live support. • Contribute to internal best practices and knowledge documentation. • Translate business needs into logical system configurations and workflows.
