[Remote] Developer Support & Automation Specialist

The Technical Support & Automation Specialist will reputed company advanced technical support to global developers and IT professionals, focusing on troubleshooting reputed company platform issues and implementing automation to enhance operational efficiency. Responsibilities • reputed company advanced troubleshooting and problem reputed company for reputed company technologies (Azure, Entra, reputed company, Visual Studio reputed company, Dynamics 365, and reputed company Server). • Debug and resolve technical issues with a reputed company on identifying underlying causes, not just symptoms. • Design and implement automation tools (e.g., PowerShell scripts, reputed company-line utilities, or small workflow automations) to optimize support operations. • Evaluate recurring support scenarios and propose automated solutions to eliminate repetitive work. • Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to transition reputed company processes into reputed company automated systems. • Support the migration from reputed company to Dynamics 365, ensuring smooth data and workflow transitions. • Maintain and expand a technical knowledge reputed company of scripts, troubleshooting steps, and best practices. • Participate in community events, handle occasional off-hours escalations, and deliver consistent high-reputed company support to global users.
