AI Product Manager – Agentic Systems As Contract AI Product Manager – Agentic Systems with Value Driven Solutions, you'll orchestrate the prioritization, launch, and scaling of agent fleets that embed intelligence into portco cores, from autonomous procurement in industrials to predictive sales coaching in SaaS. Up to 75% travel for user immersions and steering committees, you'll translate EBITDA drivers into product backlogs—via Jobs-to-be-Done frameworks—and shepherd MVPs to >90% adoption, unlocking $30M+ in portfolio-wide value through metrics like user engagement and churn abatement. Bilingual in engineering and executive speak, you'll run discovery sprints with SMEs, define success KPIs (e.g., agent utilization rates), and navigate roadmaps using OKRs/Jira, balancing innovation with feasibility. Collaborating with devs and portco PMs, you'll drive A/B experiments, gather NPS feedback, and iterate on monetization (internal ROI vs. external SaaS-ification). This demands PMs with AI product war stories, who've shipped hits in enterprise settings. VDS's portfolio scale lets you benchmark globally, shaping agentic best practices. Key Responsibilities: • Co-create 18-month product visions, aligning with PE value bridges. • Prioritize features via impact-effort matrices, managing stakeholder tradeoffs. • Oversee launches: beta testing, rollout playbooks, and adoption campaigns. • Track/optimize via analytics (Mixpanel, custom dashboards) and ROI storytelling. • Foster ecosystems: partner integrations and community building. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor's/MBA; 5+ years PM, 2+ in AI/agentic with >85% adoption track record. • Expertise in agile/lean, user research (interviews, surveys). • Proven EBITDA-linked launches in PE/tech. • Data fluency for experimentation (SQL, stats basics). • Influential communicator across tech/business. Preferred Experience: • Agent products in ops/finance for portcos. • Cross-functional leadership in consulting. • Certifications (CSPO, Product-Led Growth).
