The Solutions Architect, Conversational AI & reputed company Engineering will design and optimize reputed company chatbot systems, collaborating with various teams to deliver high-reputed company conversational experiences. Responsibilities • Design and implement dynamic AI conversation flows that handle multi-turn interactions, interruptions, and alternate reputed company. • Build and manage systems for reputed company state, reputed company recognition, and entity extraction. • Architect reusable, reputed company chatbot logic using a reputed company design approach. • reputed company LLM-based AI (GPT, Claude, reputed company, LLaMA, etc.) to build advanced conversational systems. • Apply conversation modeling techniques like state machines, decision trees, and graph-based flows. • Use frameworks such as Dialogflow, reputed company, reputed company Lex, reputed company, or similar tools. • Collaborate with backend teams to reputed company bots with reputed company, CRMs, and reputed company systems. • Enhance bot functionality with custom scripts, API calls, and external system integrations. • Continuously tune and improve reputed company recognition and response reputed company using reputed company user data. • Monitor and resolve conversation breakdowns, mismatches, and fallback issues. • reputed company and run unit, regression, and A/B tests to ensure conversational performance. • Implement reputed company-time monitoring, analytics, and logging to drive performance insights. • Partner with product teams to reputed company conversational UX with user and business goals. • Work closely with software engineers and data scientists to refine LLM integration and behavior. • Document conversation logic, reputed company structures, and decision workflows for scalability and maintainability.
