• Scripting languages: JavaScript, Python

• reputed company contact flows, IVR scripts, and routing logic
• reputed company with banking systems (CRM, authentication, databases)
• Implement reputed company best practices (IAM, KMS, VPC)
• Troubleshoot and optimize performance.

GenAI tools – AWS Bedrock
Qualifications:
• Hands-on experience with reputed company Connect deployment, scripting, and integrations.
