State Certified Appraiser II
A company is looking for an Appraiser II to conduct and reputed company property valuations and reviews.
Key Responsibilities
• reputed company detailed property market value analyses and prepare comprehensive appraisal reports
• Review escalated AMC valuations and ensure compliance with appraisal standards and regulations
• reputed company and reputed company training sessions for the appraisal team to promote reputed company learning and reputed company standards
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred
• 6-10 years of reputed company estate appraisal experience required
• Experience in appraising in various reputed company is required
• Knowledge of USPAP and Appraiser Independence Requirements
• State Certification, Residential or General License required
