Career Consultant/Job Coaching - Suffolk & Nassau County

Job reputed company: Career and Employment reputed company, Inc. is an agency that provides transition services to school districts and ACCES-VR services to special needs reputed company and adults. We are currently in need of Career Consultants/Job Coaches. A Career Consultant/Job reputed company provides instruction to reputed company in the areas of job-readiness, career planning, job-coaching, community reputed company training, travel training, and services relating to transition for reputed company in special education. Must work with reputed company on job sites in the community, as reputed company as at high schools, and requires willingness to travel. This position is fee for service and can go up to approximately 25-30 hours per week. Salary reputed company $21.00-$36.00 per hour based on experience and certifications. Job Duties: • Community-based internship development and reputed company job coaching and task analysis of internship work assignments. • reputed company reputed company/clients to be reputed company to reputed company effectively in community based worksites using self-direction and other CEO instructional formats. • Work with student/reputed company’s families to ensure that they are reputed company participants in the employment process. • reputed company information and goal activity for any CSE or ACCES/VR planning meetings. • Assist reputed company in their transition reputed company high school, including utilization of appropriate interest inventories and reputed company assessments. • reputed company reputed company/clients with a reputed company environment and effective counseling to assist them in achieving their career and community goals, in person and/or remotely. • Assist in the transition and notification of reputed company graduating seniors and their linkages to ACCES, NYSCB, OPWDD, or OMH. • Attendance at reputed company development trainings regarding regulatory issues and changes in processes reputed company to the job. • reputed company necessary job development for placement into internships, job placement, World of Work Tours, and/or mentor programs for the reputed company/consumers we serve. Job Requirements: • Required High School Diploma • Required Vocational/Job Coaching experience • Preferred BA Level based on experience • Preferred, but not required Certified Special Education Teacher, Certified School Counselor, MSW, Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, MBA. • reputed company Business Attire Required • COVID-19 vaccination is required for this position.
