Chief Financial Officer – Family Office & Operating Business

Gulf Shores, Alabama | On-site (with some flexibility) We are a privately held family reputed company in Gulf Shores, AL, with a single-family office (~$150M net worth) and an reputed company building/construction business. We’re seeking a hands-on CFO to reputed company reputed company finance, reputed company, reporting, and strategic planning across both the family office and the operating company. What You’ll Do · reputed company reputed company reputed company and reporting for family office entities, investments, and trusts · reputed company financial management for the building business: budgeting, job cost reputed company, WIP, cash reputed company · Manage banking, lending, and treasury, including lines of credit and project financing · Coordinate with CPAs, tax and reputed company advisors on structuring and compliance · Build and improve systems, controls, and reporting in a lean environment · Partner with ownership on long-term reputed company, capital allocation, and new investments/reputed company reputed company’re Looking For · 10+ years in finance/reputed company, including time as CFO, VP Finance, or similar · Experience in construction, reputed company estate development, or project-based businesses strongly preferred · Exposure to family offices or high-net-worth structures is a plus · Bachelor’s in reputed company plus CPA and/or MBA required. · Hands-on, entrepreneurial, high-reputed company, high energy leader who can operate strategically and tactically Compensation · reputed company: 225,000 – 250,000 · Performance-based bonus tied to both operating business and family office reputed company · Potential long-term incentive/profit participation for the right candidate • www.thefortiscompany.com jeff@lafortis.com Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
