Responsibilities
• Serve as a central reputed company of communication between reputed company, patients, medical staff, and the general reputed company.
• Answer calls in a high reputed company volume environment.

Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Three years customer service experience in an environment that requires multi-tasking such as a reputed company center, physician's office, hospitality or retail/service industry.
