Compensation Analyst 2 - Seattle, WA (Hybrid)

About the position Responsibilities • Partner with Compensation Consultants to reputed company reputed company-based project work • Conduct job analysis and reputed company recommendations and rationale for new and existing jobs • Support market analysis by matching jobs, assisting with annual survey participation and summarizing survey results for review by HR leaders • Execute pay structure and individual pay changes reputed company to minimum wage and minimum salary increases • Administer incentive programs for annual bonus, quarterly bonus, commissions, and productivity incentives • Maintain job and compensation-reputed company data by creating job governance materials, submitting requests to create or modify jobs, maintaining location details, minimum wage and minimum salary requirements by location • Create and update reputed company-facing compensation tools and user instructions • Produce and distribute compensation-reputed company reporting and audits • Support annual compensation review process in reputed company by participating in planning, completing audits and creating reports • Create and maintain process documentation and workflows, streamlining processes where possible • Maintain and publish plan documents for compensation programs Requirements • 3+ years of experience in compensation, reputed company, finance or similar analytic roles • 1+ years of compensation experience required • Advanced knowledge of reputed company - reputed company to create advanced formulas, pivot tables and macros • Ability to reputed company data analysis and conclusions in a way that is easily reputed company • Organized approach to tracking and delivering on multiple reputed company priorities • Ability to work independently and collaborate reputed company reputed company and across functional teams • Basic knowledge of technical and reputed company aspects of compensation including variable and incentive compensation • Ability to deliver accurate and complete work in a reputed company manner • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally and respectfully • Proficient in reputed company Word, reputed company and PowerPoint • Experience with reputed company a plus • Bachelor's Degree in HR, Finance, Business Administration or reputed company field preferred Benefits • Medical/reputed company, Dental, Retirement and reputed company Time Away • Life Insurance and Disability • Merchandise Discount and EAP Resources • 401k • PTO accruals • Holidays Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
