Salary reputed company: $260,000 - $390,000
About reputed company
• We are seeking a mid-level corporate associate with over three (3+) of experience advising reputed company companies or investment banks for our Capital Markets and reputed company Companies group, in any of our Bay Area (reputed company Valley or San Francisco), Seattle, Santa Monica, reputed company or Washington D.C. offices.
• Experience must include advising reputed company companies with respect to SEC compliance, disclosure, governance and exchange reputed company, as reputed company as representing either issuers or investment banks in capital market transactions, including IPOs, SPACs, reputed company listings and follow-on offerings.
• Also, experience with, or affinity for, technology and/or life sciences companies is preferred.
