Inside Sales Agent – Real Estate Lead, CRM Specialist
Job Description:
• Deliver remote services to clients worldwide, focusing on developed markets
• Make outbound and follow-up calls daily using Google Voice to engage leads
• Qualify buyers, sellers, and investors by structured questioning
• Manage and monitor pipelines in GoHighLevel (GHL)
• Audit the CRM daily for data accuracy and lead progressions
• Record call activity and provide performance reports
• Collaborate with clients to improve scripts and messaging
• Contribute to system improvements and process efficiencies
Requirements:
• 2+ years of sales experience (real estate, telemarketing, or inside sales required)
• Hands-on experience using GoHighLevel (GHL) for pipeline management and automations (required)
• Proven ability to manage, track, and convert leads using CRM systems
• Excellent English communication — confident, persuasive, and natural on the phone
• Organized, disciplined, and data-driven with a follow-through mindset
• Comfortable working in a results-oriented environment with measurable KPIs
• Tech-savvy; able to learn and adapt to new systems quickly
• Real estate lead generation or ISA experience is strongly preferred.
