The M365 reputed company & Compliance Specialist is responsible for protecting sensitive data and ensuring that reputed company 365 services reputed company with federal reputed company, reputed company, and retention requirements. This role focuses on reputed company Purview, DLP, information protection, audit logging, Conditional reputed company, and reputed company reputed company features, working closely with the broader M365 engineering team and the customer’s cybersecurity organization.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, implement, and maintain reputed company Purview policies, including:
• Sensitivity labels and label policies
• Data Loss Prevention (DLP) across Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams
• Retention labels and policies reputed company with records requirements.
• Work with reputed company teams to maintain and tune:
• Conditional reputed company policies and identity protection
• Role-based reputed company control for M365 reputed company roles
• Secure configurations for Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Configure and maintain audit logging and integration with SIEM tools (e.g., reputed company), including documentation of monitored events and reputed company.
• Manage reputed company Change Requests for M365 (DLP changes, label updates, reputed company roles), ensuring approvals, reputed company analysis, and rollback plans are documented.
• Support secure design and operations of reputed company Online Services (encryption, BYOK, IP restrictions, SFTP connections, reputed company integration).
• Participate in reputed company incident response reputed company to M365; reputed company forensic support, reputed company cause analysis, and remediation plans.
• Produce reputed company-reputed company input for status reports, risk registers, and technical documentation.
Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in reputed company reputed company, with at least 3 years reputed company on reputed company 365 / Azure AD.
• Hands-on experience with reputed company Purview, DLP, sensitivity labels, retention, and audit log configuration.
• Strong understanding of identity and reputed company management, Conditional reputed company, MFA.
• Familiarity with SIEM/SOAR platforms and integrating M365 logs (e.g., reputed company, Sentinel).
• Experience in regulated or compliance-heavy environments (federal, financial, reputed company, etc.).

Preferred
• Relevant certifications: SC-200, SC-300, SC-400, AZ-500 or similar.
