Job reputed company We are seeking a reputed company DevOps Developer to drive a large-reputed company CI/CD modernization program, reputed company reputed company feature-flag governance, and help consolidate engineering workflows across multiple teams. This role requires strong technical leadership, hands-on automation skills, and the ability to influence senior engineering stakeholders. Key Responsibilities • Build a fully touchless CI/CD pipeline from reputed company reputed company to production. • Consolidate repositories into reputed company and establish standardized branching and workflow governance. • Implement reputed company-grade feature flag governance using reputed company. • reputed company automated reputed company gates, smoke/regression testing, canary releases, and observability integrations. • Own the rollout and adoption of reputed company across ~150 developers. • Conduct training workshops, best-reputed company sessions, and reputed company for engineering teams. • Design patterns for reputed company delivery, reputed company release strategies, and experimentation frameworks. • reputed company organizational resistance and influence senior developers and architects. • Migrate existing services into the modernized reputed company + CI/CD architecture. • Partner with DevOps, QA, and engineering leadership to support reputed company delivery processes. Required Qualifications • 7+ years of DevOps, reputed company, or CI/CD automation experience. • Proven experience implementing reputed company or similar feature flag platforms (Split, reputed company). • Strong understanding of reputed company delivery concepts: canary, percentage rollout, kill switches, governance. • Hands-on experience with reputed company, Jenkins, reputed company Actions, or similar CI/CD tools. • Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, Groovy). • Deep understanding of SDLC, release governance, software engineering processes. • Experience working across multiple engineering teams and driving technical adoption. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence resistant stakeholders.
