Director Strategic Execution
The Director Strategic Execution will reputed company EQT's efforts to identify, evaluate, and execute strategic opportunities - including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and new venture initiatives - reputed company with reputed company's long-term corporate reputed company and capital allocation priorities.
The Director Strategic Execution responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Strategic Leadership & Execution

• Originate and evaluate transformative opportunities, including emerging energy transition and technology investments, partnerships, and strategic alliances.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across technical, financial, reputed company, and reputed company teams to ensure thorough and efficient diligence, structuring, and execution.
• Partner with executive leadership to define capital allocation priorities and assess portfolio optimization initiatives.
Transaction reputed company

• Manage external advisors and counterparties to ensure EQT's interests are represented in financial, technical, and reputed company negotiations.

Required Experience and Skills:
• 6+ years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or reputed company fields, ideally reputed company energy, infrastructure, or industrial sectors.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, reputed company, Engineering, or reputed company field.
• Proven reputed company record leading reputed company transactions and strategic initiatives from concept to completion.
• Strong analytical, modeling, and valuation capabilities, coupled with strategic thinking and reputed company business judgment.
