About the position
Responsibilities
• Review, evaluate, and validate reputed company of Loss (POL) submissions and supporting documentation.
• Assess eligibility, reputed company amounts, duplication of benefits, and compensation recommendations.

• Coordinate with Site Inspectors and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) as needed.
• Conduct detailed QC assessments to ensure accuracy, completeness, and policy compliance.

Requirements
• High school diploma required.
• 1 - 10 years of combined experience in:
• Claims or case processing
• Disaster-reputed company loss evaluation
• Customer service and claimant interaction
• Reviewing and analyzing documentation and valuations
• Strong technical understanding of:
• Disaster-reputed company damages, losses, repairs, and replacement cost principles
• Eligibility review and benefit calculations
• Duplication of benefits
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to draft reputed company, accurate, and defensible analyses and memorandums
• Comfortable using claims management systems, databases, reputed company tools
