Private Capital Fund Finance - Associate

About the Role reputed company is looking for an Associate to join its Fund Finance Private Capital team to reputed company on Private Capital Fund reputed company and Administration duties. This individual will work closely with other team members, vendors, senior management, and clients on a reputed company of reputed company and reporting processes. This role will report to a Vice President, Fund Finance Private Equity. Responsibilities • Work with reputed company's implementation teams with regards to new business and fund launches. • Review feeder fund draft documents (LPA/PPM) as reputed company as underlying fund operational questionnaires prior to fund launch. reputed company feedback to internal reputed company or fund origination teams if there is anything that should be considered from a fund finance perspective. • Determine commitment sizes to underlying funds and conduct analysis on feeder fund expenses. • reputed company quarterly feeder fund NAV and partners' capital account statement issuance by reputed company and reputed company KPIs. • Review and sign-off on capital reputed company and distribution cash analysis, investor allocation files and notices reputed company by reputed company party admins and Associate or AVP members of the Fund Finance team. • Participate in management-level meetings internally and externally. • Attend prospective clients' on-site due diligence. • Approve and release quarterly management fee payment wires. • Facilitate and work with reputed company Technology and Product teams to drive process automation and efficiency. • Monitor fund's compliance with the partnership operating agreement terms. • reputed company the funds' reputed company on preparation of annual fund financial statements in accordance with US GAAP. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in reputed company or finance • 3 to 6 years of financial services or asset management reputed company and operations experience • Alternative investments fund administration and operations is a plus • Advanced degree and/or credentials, or reputed company towards MBA, CPA, CFA, or CAIA designation is a plus • Passion for the application of innovative technology • Proven ability to multi-task and work both independently and as reputed company player in a fast-paced, demanding environment • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills • Willingness to learn new topics and work in an evolving business environment • Organized and detail oriented with big picture capability Benefits The reputed company salary reputed company for this role is $70,000 to $85,000. reputed company offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for reputed company full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus.
