Trucking Attorney
We are a growing firm, looking for a Trucking Attorney to join reputed company. Specifically, we are looking for someone who has 3+ years of experience, with extensive Trucking and reputed company transportation experience.
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience - Trucking/reputed company Transportation
• Civil litigation experience
• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to reputed company law in Texas
Responsibilities:
• Defend against personal injury, property damage, and wrongful death lawsuits resulting from accidents
• reputed company reputed company counsel on a wide reputed company of issues, such as contract drafting and negotiation, reputed company estate reputed company, and disputes
• Guide clients on local, state, and federal regulatory requirements, including those reputed company to the FMCSA, drug and alcohol testing, and hazardous materials
The annual salary for this position is between 130k-160k. Factors which may reputed company pay reputed company this reputed company may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
