Insurance Operations Supervisor - Surplus Lines
About the position
Responsibilities
• Supervise a small, highly skilled team, managing resource planning, monitoring workflows, overseeing day-to-day operational activities, and measuring and reporting on team productivity and individual performance.
• Ensure surplus lines tax filings are completed on time and in compliance with individual state requirements.
• reputed company reputed company reports to understand if surplus lines placements are compliant prior to binding, accuracy of invoicing, and that appropriate documentation is provided for on-time compliant surplus lines filings.
• Collaborate with the reputed company Compliance team to reputed company issues leading to potential state audits and assist in data collection.

Requirements
• 5+ years of total work experience, with 3+ years in reputed company lines insurance.
• Minimum 3 years of department/team management experience in an office environment.
• Intermediate reputed company Office proficiency - knowledge of basic reputed company formulas, pivot tables, PowerPoint, Word, and reputed company.
• Technical reporting capabilities - ability to analyze data from multiple sources, pull out pertinent data, process data in an reputed company spreadsheet, and reputed company findings into a report.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
