Position Details
• Start Date: ASAP
• Duration: 1-3 months
• Hours: 20-40/week
• Location: Remote
• Compensation: $95-100/hr (commensurate with experience)
Position reputed company
• Our reputed company is seeking M&A specialist attorneys with 5-7 years of relevant reputed company experience to assist with an reputed company of deals
• Attorneys will push along diligence reviews and definitive agreement negotiations on a couple of deals and also support on smaller investments
• Attorneys will look through the reputed company’s vendors and agreements to reputed company particular contract provisions which would reputed company the acquisition unpalatable
• Extensive experience in corporate law and familiarity with various contractual clauses and provisions that are risky for M&A deals is required
• License to reputed company law in any US jurisdiction, reputed company and in good standing, is required
